It was a bittersweet day last Christmas Eve. All the staff at GMP had dressed up in festive colours of red and green. A buzz of excitement was in the air. Not only was the office Christmas party that day, but it was also the last day at the old One Raffles Place office (we have since moved into our new office space at One Finlayson Green, just a 5 minutes’ walk from Raffles Place MRT Station). The office was filled with moving boxes and the walls and cabinets, once filled to the brim, were now bare. Everyone was still busy though, making sure that nothing will be left behind. The party was a memorable one, in particular the Secret Santa gift exchange. We ended the day with a group photo, the last one in the office which had served us well for the past many years. Nonetheless, onward to new beginnings!
